Stephen Foncham, MBA

Founder/CEO, Kirstin's Haven, Inc.

Stephen Foncham has more than 17 years in the human services industry. He  has strong and progressive experience in business development, program management and program operation. This experience was gained through his ownership and operation of an Avis-Rent-A-Car agency, Shell and Citgo gas stations. It was established to provide comprehensive supportive services and transitional/permanent housing to homeless families and veterans in Prince Georges County.  Kirstin’s Haven mission is to provide the homeless with the tools and services they need to achieve and sustain self-sufficiency and independent living.
